Job Responsibility:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and similar platforms
Own full‑funnel performance, from awareness through conversion and pipeline
Manage budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing, and campaign structure
Partner with marketing, creative, and web teams to align ads with messaging and landing pages
Track performance using GA4, platform reporting, and conversion tracking tools
Analyze results and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Continuously test, learn, and refine campaigns to improve ROI
Stay current on paid media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
3+ years of hands‑on paid media experience managing live campaigns
Strong experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads (LinkedIn B2B experience is a big plus)
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
Experience managing meaningful budgets (not just boosting posts)
Comfortable presenting performance insights to stakeholders
Ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Nice to have:
B2B lead generation or demand gen experience
GA4, Looker Studio, or dashboarding tools
Landing page optimization or CRO collaboration
Agency or contract‑based experience
