Job Responsibility:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead high-impact brand and targeted marketing campaigns, focusing specifically on programmatic channels for both Woolworths Supermarkets and Everyday Rewards
End-to-End Media Management: Own the entire digital media lifecycle, from asset collation and trafficking to ad-serving tag creation, technical troubleshooting, and rigorous Quality Assurance
Commercial Outcome Focus: Execute seamless, multi-channel activities that are directly linked to critical commercial goals, such as increasing revenue, growing basket size, and expanding market share
Financial Accountability: Proactively manage campaign budgets, meticulously track expenditure, and ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI) through efficient and effective spending
Stakeholder Consultancy: Serve as a trusted internal "client service" partner, cultivating strong relationships across the Group and providing stakeholders with data-driven channel recommendations and strategic guidance
Actionable Insights: Go beyond standard reporting to provide insightful performance analysis, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for continuous optimisation and future strategy development
Requirements:
Programmatic Expertise (5+ Years): Essential experience in programmatic trading (agency or client-side) with a proven, strong command of major DSPs, including DV360, The Trade Desk, Vistar Media, and CM360
Social Platform Execution: Hands-on experience executing campaigns across key social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
Advanced Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in advanced investment decisioning and trading knowledge at scale
Solid understanding of online trends and the ability to develop effective digital communications programs
Technical Data Foundations: Expertise in Tagging solutions necessary for accurate measurement, robust audience building, and ensuring overall data integrity
Resilience and Adaptability: A proven track record of successfully managing complex timelines and budgets
Ability to handle deadline pressures calmly and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements
Stakeholder Influence: Strong ability to establish credibility and rapport with both clients and internal stakeholders
