We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid media campaigns to achieve business growth objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth platform knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across diverse industries or business units.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Build comprehensive media plans aligned with business goals, audience insights, and budget allocations
Create campaign structures, ad groups, targeting sets, and custom audiences for precise execution
Continuously monitor campaign performance to ensure efficient budget pacing and maximize ROI/ROAS
Implement ongoing optimization of targeting, bidding strategies, placements, ad scheduling, and device-level performance
Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, CTAs, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates
Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns and reallocating spend for maximum impact
Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms to track performance against KPIs
Provide detailed campaign performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders
Monitor attribution models and conversion tracking to ensure data accuracy
Generate forecasts and projections based on historical data and industry benchmarks
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Partner with the web/tech team to ensure proper pixel implementation, tracking tags, and landing page functionality
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaign objectives with overall business strategies
Conduct keyword research, audience profiling, and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies
Stay up to date with Google and Meta platform updates, emerging ad formats, and best practices in paid media
Recommend adoption of new features, betas, and tools to maintain competitive advantage
Ensure all campaigns comply with platform advertising policies and brand standards
Regularly audit campaigns for accuracy, relevancy, and adherence to budgetary constraints
Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting campaign delivery or performance
Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
