Job Responsibility:
Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends
Create, launch, and continuously monitor Google Ads campaigns across the full range of networks
Perform ongoing optimization of campaigns to improve performance and ensure sustainable growth
Prepare clear, insightful performance reports and dashboards using GA4 and other analytics tools
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications regarding strategy and performance
Share best practices, industry insights, and platform updates to drive continuous learning
Present performance summaries and strategic insights during client presentations
Requirements:
2 – 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and Tag Manager
Proven track record of achieving performance KPIs and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable dashboards
A self-sufficient worker who values innovation and can prioritize tasks in a fast-moving agency environment
Nice to have:
