As a Paid Media Advanced Specialist, you will take ownership of shaping and executing paid media strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and B2B digital marketing impact. This role is not limited to campaign execution - it’s about contributing to planning, optimization, and cross-regional alignment to ensure business objectives are met.
Job Responsibility:
Define, manage, and execute media plans while working with external agencies
Partner with internal digital teams (SEO, Web, CRM) to integrate paid media into the end-to-end customer journey
Advise stakeholders on best practices, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform metrics
Lead execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and partner platforms (e.g., WebMD, Medscape)
Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and platform innovations to continuously enhance strategy
Requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related Digital discipline
4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media
Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead generation
Experience across multiple advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google Ads, Display)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with media tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Google Analytics, platform-native reporting)
Fluent English
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong communication skills and comfort working with international/global stakeholders
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with adaptability and accountability
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
