We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaign implementation. This role is pivotal in executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that drive measurable results for eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple accounts, and is eager to grow their strategic skill set while collaborating closely with a talented cross-functional team.
Job Responsibility:
Implementing and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (including Performance Max), Meta (including Advantage+), and other emerging platforms
Handling day-to-day campaign activities such as pacing, bid adjustments, and audience updates
Developing and delivering weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting actionable insights
Setting up and monitoring campaign tracking using tools like GA4, Meta CAPI, and UTM parameters
Assisting in the creation of creative briefs and A/B testing matrices based on campaign data
Collaborating with senior team members to analyze campaign outcomes and recommend optimizations
Proactively identifying and proposing small tests or experiments to improve performance
Taking full ownership of smaller eCommerce accounts as proficiency develops
Occasionally communicating with clients and internal teams to provide updates and insights
Staying current on the latest best practices in paid media, with an emphasis on AI-driven formats, and optimizing feeds, assets, and audience signals accordingly
Requirements:
Excellent English skills and an understanding of North American cultural references
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and manipulation
Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and UTM tracking
Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines without compromising quality
Comfortable taking initiative and showing proactive thinking, while remaining open to feedback and direction
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote, team-oriented environment
A growth mindset – eager to develop strategic skills and stay current with evolving trends
Nice to have:
Background working with eCommerce and product-based brands
Familiarity with product feeds, Google Merchant Center, and audience segmentation
Experience using Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) for reporting
Previous experience at an agency or in a multi-client setting
Exposure to platforms such as Amazon Ads, TikTok, or Pinterest
Google and Meta certifications are a plus
