Job Responsibility:
Plan, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google and Meta
Use an analytical mindset to manage budgets, track performance, and use raw data to inform your next move
Proactively support A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to stay ahead of the curve
Partner with Creative teams and Account Managers to build cohesive, full-funnel digital strategies
Build clear, accurate reports using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to show clients exactly how you’re winning
Requirements:
1–5 years in Paid Media or Digital Marketing
Agency experience is a major plus
A solid understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio
The ability to explain complex ideas clearly and build strong relationships with teams and clients
You are organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner who is hungry to grow in a fast-paced environment
