Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Media Specialist (Meta) to oversee, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Meta’s ad products, audience targeting, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate marketing goals into effective campaigns that drive measurable results.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and manage Meta ad campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Conduct audience research and create detailed targeting strategies to reach the right users
  • Craft compelling ad creatives, including visuals and copy, in collaboration with the design and content teams
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Stay updated with Meta’s latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Generate regular performance reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies for ad placement, messaging, and design

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (minimum of 2-3 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and analytics tools
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with other paid media platforms is a plus (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Certification in Meta Advertising (e.g., Meta Blueprint) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with other paid media platforms is a plus (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Certification in Meta Advertising (e.g., Meta Blueprint) is a plus
