Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist / Lead to manage and optimize all paid digital channels. While we have posted this role in Poland, we are open to remote candidates from other regions as well. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies across paid search, paid social, display advertising, and digital ABM campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in paid media platforms, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across: Paid search (Google Ads)
  • Paid and Organic social (LinkedIn Ads)
  • Display advertising
  • Paid directories (Clutch, G2, Capterra)
  • Lead digital account-based marketing (ABM) and retargeting initiatives to engage high-value prospects
  • Explore and test new paid channels to expand reach and improve ROI
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting and messaging
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across platforms
  • Own reporting and analytics for all paid channels
  • Build dashboards and deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Track KPIs including impressions, clicks, conversions, cost-per-click, and return on ad spend
  • Serve as the paid media subject matter expert within the marketing team
  • Collaborate with content, design, and vendor teams to align messaging and targeting
  • Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies as needed

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in paid media in B2B technology or software services
  • Proven success managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid directory listings
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Knowledge of English - from Upper-Intermediate and higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABM platforms is a plus
  • Russian language skills preferred but not required
