Job Description

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be the hands-on engine behind our global paid media strategy. While this role sits within the global Sales & Marketing team, you will work in close day-to-day collaboration with the North America regional team, while remaining flexible to support other regions. Your mission is to play a pivotal role in accelerating Phorest’s next phase of growth. Joining a fast-growing, dynamic company, you will create, execute, and optimise high-impact digital acquisition campaigns across key channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok & StackAdapt to drive momentum across hair, beauty, and medical aesthetics.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the day-to-day monitoring, optimization, and performance of multi-channel PPC and Paid Social campaigns to achieve lead volume and CPA targets
  • Build and scale dedicated performance marketing campaigns for our fast-growing med spa segment
  • Manage campaign budgets and implement effective bidding strategies across multiple markets and geographies
  • Design and execute rigorous tests across ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages
  • Conduct research and audience analysis to reach our core premium salon and med spa markets
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, new ad formats, and platform policy updates
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports
  • Proactively identify underperformance and recommend recovery plans
  • Work directly with regional marketing leads to review performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media accounts with a focus on B2B lead generation
  • Expert hands-on proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube, and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Experience in channels such as Reddit, Capterra, and StackAdapt
  • Highly skilled in web analytics (Google Analytics) with a strong focus on attribution and data accuracy
  • Strong analytical mindset and can turn performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear, concise, action-oriented recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrates commercial ownership and takes a proactive approach to solving performance issues and identifying growth opportunities
  • Can work autonomously in complex environments, troubleshoot tracking issues, and optimize campaigns under performance pressure
  • Eager to learn new platforms and continuously adapt strategies based on performance data
