Job Description

Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across social, display, and emerging platforms. This role supports pipeline generation through strong execution, ongoing testing, and performance optimization across awareness, engagement, and conversion programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across a mix of channels, including paid social (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok), display and programmatic, audio and streaming (e.g., Spotify), content syndication and digital partnership programs
  • Support full-funnel campaign execution
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily
  • Run structured tests across creative formats, messaging, and hooks
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics (CPL, CPA, conversion rates)
  • Identify trends and recommend optimizations based on data
  • Partner with demand generation, product marketing, website, and creative/content teams
  • Stay current on platform updates and emerging channels

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social, display, or multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience executing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, or programmatic/display networks
  • Strong attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Comfort working with performance data and making optimization decisions
  • Understanding of paid media fundamentals (targeting, bidding, creative testing, attribution basics)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
