Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant in Consumer & Small Business Banking as part of Wells Fargo CSBB Marketing providing coverage for Branch Banking, Chief Customer Office, CSBB Control, CSBB Diverse Customer Segments, CSBB Operations, CSBB Strategy & Transformation, Consumer Marketing, Deposit Products Group, and Small Business. This role is part of the CSBB Growth Marketing organization, who are responsible for delivering new customer and balance growth profitably and at scale via effective marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on digital channels. Additionally, this role will help lead a robust test & learn agenda for creative/channel strategies to deliver customer-obsessed experiences and increase campaign effectiveness.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for marketing
Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations, and policies related to marketing
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Requirements:
4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice to have:
3+ years of paid media experience
3+ years of hands-on paid search experience
Strong communication skills that convey complex subject matters in simple terms for leaders
Strong data analysis abilities, working with large data sets to extract actionable insights
Ability to identify and evaluate performance trends, isolate root causes, and provide recommendations
Creating management-level presentations
