Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Paid Media Supervisor / Manager who is ready to elevate performance and lead with vision. In this player-coach role, you will lead a team of Paid Media Specialists while remaining close enough to the work to guide execution and own strategy across accounts. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, refining reporting standards and shaping results for major brands. As a Paid Media Supervisor / Manager, you will focus on making both your team and your accounts better. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Advertising, you will provide strategic leadership, elevate optimization standards, and identify growth opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving innovation through emerging ad formats and AI-powered tools while ensuring all digital strategies align with broader business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Team Leadership: Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to Paid Media team members while leading resourcing and capacity planning
Strategy & Execution: Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
Performance Management: Own the planning, execution, and optimization of your portfolio, ensuring daily pacing and budgets stay on track
Client Partnership: Serve as the strategic lead on key accounts, leading weekly calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Innovation & Reporting: Build and refine reporting frameworks and data visualization while partnering with creative teams to develop data-driven ad concepts
Operational Excellence: Improve internal processes to strengthen efficiency, quality, and consistency across the department
Requirements:
6+ years of digital advertising experience with hands-on campaign management
3+ years of performance marketing leadership or people management experience
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Confident communicator with experience presenting complex data and insights to senior stakeholders
Strong skills in attribution, tracking, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics
Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have:
Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Supermetrics
Industry experience in retail, higher education, financial services, or healthcare
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, incrementality testing, or media mix modeling
