Job Description:

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Paid Media Manager to serve as a strategic partner for internal campaign owners. You will be responsible for providing cross-channel media strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will require a holistic view of paid media, especially performance media and metrics, the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and strong collaboration skills to drive growth. Job Responsibility:

  • Closely collaborate with internal campaign owners to understand business goals and develop data-driven media strategies including search and programmatic display
  • Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative insights to maximize ROI
  • Manage and co-operate with agency partners on campaign execution and optimization across platforms (e.g., Tencent, Baidu, RED, Google & Meta, DSPs) to achieve KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROI, new acquisition)
  • Design and implement pilots to explore more opportunities and meet business needs
  • Analyze campaign performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal marketing, loyalty, and digital teams, as well as external media partners to ensure media strategies align with overall business goals
  • Stay updated on digital media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to test new strategies and maintain competitive advantage

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in paid media, especially performance media with hands-on experience in cross-channel campaigns (search, programmatic, social)
  • Proficiency in Tencent GDT & YLH, RED Juguang, Baidu SEM, Douyin Ads, Google & Meta, etc., and strong data analysis skills
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop long-term media strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders' communication and collaboration
  • Problem-solving and resilient
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Tencent or Douyin credentials are a plus
