We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Paid Media Manager to serve as a strategic partner for internal campaign owners. You will be responsible for providing cross-channel media strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will require a holistic view of paid media, especially performance media and metrics, the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and strong collaboration skills to drive growth. Job Responsibility:
Closely collaborate with internal campaign owners to understand business goals and develop data-driven media strategies including search and programmatic display
Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative insights to maximize ROI
Manage and co-operate with agency partners on campaign execution and optimization across platforms (e.g., Tencent, Baidu, RED, Google & Meta, DSPs) to achieve KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROI, new acquisition)
Design and implement pilots to explore more opportunities and meet business needs
Analyze campaign performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Work closely with internal marketing, loyalty, and digital teams, as well as external media partners to ensure media strategies align with overall business goals
Stay updated on digital media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to test new strategies and maintain competitive advantage
Requirements:
3-5 years in paid media, especially performance media with hands-on experience in cross-channel campaigns (search, programmatic, social)
Proficiency in Tencent GDT & YLH, RED Juguang, Baidu SEM, Douyin Ads, Google & Meta, etc., and strong data analysis skills
Strategic thinking with ability to develop long-term media strategies
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders' communication and collaboration
Problem-solving and resilient
Bachelor's degree
Certifications such as Google Ads, Tencent or Douyin credentials are a plus
