We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead high-impact social media advertising initiatives for a long-term contract opportunity. Job Responsibility:
Build and oversee paid social campaigns from planning through launch, optimization, and reporting across relevant digital platforms
Create audience-focused social media content and ad messaging that supports campaign goals and aligns with brand standards
Develop channel strategies that improve engagement, increase conversions, and maximize return on media investment
Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust targeting, budget allocation, and creative elements to improve outcomes
Use social media tools and platform analytics to evaluate results, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements
Partner with internal stakeholders to align campaign priorities, timelines, and deliverables with broader marketing objectives
Test new approaches across creative formats, audience segments, and bidding strategies to uncover growth opportunities
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience managing paid social media campaigns with measurable performance results
Strong understanding of social media strategy, content development, and campaign optimization principles
