We are seeking a data-driven an execution-focused Advertising Account Manager to add to our growing advertising team. This is a hybrid role, based out of our office in Colombia. This role is responsible for hands-on campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other search and social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands both B2B and D2C funnels, knows how to scale paid channels efficiently, and can translate performance insights into actionable improvements across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional search and social media platforms
Manage full-funnel campaigns for both B2B and D2C, adapting strategy based on audience behavior and platform strengths
Keyword audience research for campaign planning
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Support programmatic buys through Walmart DSPs
Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to align campaign goals with business outcomes
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience running campaigns for both B2B and D2C brands
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
Understanding of Display advertising, retargeting, and audience segmentation
Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and present clear performance summaries
Strong command over ad copywriting and creative briefing
Excellent communication and team collaboration
Ownership mindset with attention to detail
Nice to have:
Familiarity with lead management and CRM systems is a plus
Experience with Walmart DSP or other DSP is a plus
