Job Description

We’re seeking a Paid Media Manager to step into a high-impact role owning strategy, execution, and optimization across digital advertising channels. This position is ideal for someone who can quickly assess existing performance, identify gaps, and elevate paid media ROI across a multi-channel environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong visibility across leadership and the chance to directly influence digital growth strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), geofencing, and other digital platforms
  • Evaluate current campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and conversion rates
  • Develop and refine paid media strategy across B2B-focused initiatives (with some B2C exposure)
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and customer journey insights in partnership with internal teams
  • Improve lead generation and website conversion performance through data-driven campaign adjustments
  • Collaborate closely with creative and internal marketing teams to align campaign execution and messaging
  • Provide clear reporting on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and spend optimization
  • Recommend and implement improvements to targeting, structure, and budget allocation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media/digital marketing experience
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and multi-channel campaign management
  • B2B marketing experience required
  • manufacturing or industrial sector experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategy
  • Experience improving conversion rates, lead quality, and digital ROI
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, attribution, and customer journey optimization
  • Comfortable working independently and driving strategy—not just execution
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and internal stakeholders
  • AI tools or automation experience is a plus, but not required
