Job Responsibility:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels
Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to meet performance goals
Develop audience targeting strategies, including retargeting and lookalike audiences
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve conversions and ROI
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
Stay up-to-date on platform updates, paid media trends, and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar
Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform reporting dashboards
Strong analytical, budget management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
