We are seeking a hands-on Paid Media Manager to immediately support our digital marketing efforts during a period of rapid growth and team transition. This role is critical to maintaining and improving lead generation performance across a large, multi-location franchise system while our team undergoes restructuring and a key team member is on maternity leave. This is not an agency management role — this person will personally build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and locations. The initial contract is 12 weeks, with strong potential to extend or convert to full-time for the right fit.
Job Responsibility:
Own day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn (preferred), Emerging channels (e.g., Spotify, other test-and-learn platforms) would be nice-to-know
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns directly (no agency execution)
Manage and allocate ad spend across many local markets
Test new channels, creatives, and audience strategies focused on acquisition
Monitor and optimize campaigns for lead generation and cost efficiency
Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting
Identify issues and opportunities quickly and take corrective action
Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
Present paid media performance in clear, actionable terms to: Franchise owners, Franchise business coaches, Internal marketing leadership
Support storytelling around how paid media drives business growth at the local level
Requirements:
Strong, hands-on experience managing paid media for lead generation and acquisition
Consumer marketing required
Proven experience building and optimizing campaigns directly in ad platforms
Comfortable managing many accounts or markets simultaneously
Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred: Franchise systems, Multi-location brands, Agency environments managing multiple clients
Nice to have:
