We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to join ourcrew! If you love getting into the weeds of digital campaigns and thrive on the "doing" part of marketing, this is for you.
Job Responsibility:
Hands-on Execution: Focus on the day-to-day activation of our paid media strategy
Platform Management: Get directly involved with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads
Reporting: Create dashboards and provide insights based on actual market performance
Agency Support: Align with and brief external agencies on specific activations for search, display, and social
Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to keep our performance sharp
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, particularly with Google and Meta
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics
You are analytical and comfortable using Excel to manage data
You work well under pressure and can interface constructively with external partners
