Join JD Sports as a Paid Media Manager and lead performance marketing across search and digital channels, driving measurable growth in a fast-paced global retail brand. The Paid Media Manager is responsible for overseeing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Digital Display campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who lives in the data, understands intent-based marketing, and knows how to optimise campaigns to drive measurable revenue growth. While you’ll oversee paid social activity, your core strength will be paid search - strategy, structure, optimisation and ROI. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-channel leads to integrate Paid Media across Multi-Channel initiatives, manage partnerships, and enhance campaign impact.
Job Responsibility:
Manage relationships with external suppliers, including Google, Bing, Meta, Snap, TikTok, ensuring strategic and project alignment
Provide market insights and forecasts, expanding knowledge of different paid media functions and anticipating emerging trends and opportunities
Contribute to the growth of the Paid Media function through innovation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement
Plan, implement, and analyse full funnel paid media campaigns, providing clear performance reports and actionable insights
Maintain and evaluate relationships with technology partners, building a preferred partner list based on performance and market developments
Develop strategic frameworks and blueprints for all accounts, conducting analyses, identifying new opportunities, and scaling initiatives
Support in reviewing and refining tactics based on performance, campaign goals, and KPIs
Collaborate across channels to ensure integration in planning and campaign execution
Stay up to date with developments in Paid Media and the broader digital landscape
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing sophisticated Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns and leading high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of Paid Media strategy, planning, and execution across multiple platforms
Hands-on experience with Google Shopping / Performance Max, Meta DPA, Retargeting, and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns
Strong understanding of feed management, feed technology, and CSS
Proficient in Google Analytics and familiar with multiple attribution models
Comprehensive understanding of the Paid Media ecosystem, including how Paid Search and Paid Social interact
Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certifications preferred
Experience managing multiple brands or accounts and integrating Paid Media with cross-channel marketing
