We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy across the Google ecosystem. This individual contributor role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of driving measurable performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners. You will own and optimize Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation and high-value customer conversions.
Job Responsibility:
Strategy & Execution: Manage and optimize multi-channel Google campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $25k. Develop keyword strategies, ad copy testing, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
Platform Mastery: Leverage the full suite of Google Ads features (extensions, advanced reporting, campaign setups) to maximize ROI
Performance Tracking: Manage spend pacing, maintain efficiency targets (CPA/ROAS), and communicate performance insights to stakeholders
Analytics & Insights: Analyze complex datasets from Google Ads, GA4, BI platforms, and CRM systems to identify trends. Provide actionable recommendations that influence broader business decisions
Reporting: Build recurring performance dashboards for leadership. Partner with creative and web teams to optimize landing pages and conversion rates
Collaboration: Align paid search initiatives with organic strategy and broader marketing goals. Maintain internal channel ownership while guiding external agency partners
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience focused on lead generation and B2C customer acquisition
Direct experience managing Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, Display, YouTube, PMAX) with budgets of $25k+ per month
Funnel Expertise: Proven ability to launch and scale campaigns for top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel objectives
Advanced Capabilities: Well-versed in Google’s advanced targeting and automated bidding strategies
Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to synthesize large datasets from disparate sources into clear strategies
Communication: Ability to present complex technical insights to senior leadership clearly
Nice to have:
Experience with high-consideration consumer brands or performance-focused B2C/D2C sectors
Background working within a digital marketing agency
Ability to optimize for and track offline conversions
Proficiency with GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics
Expertise in keyword research for both paid and organic (SEO) synergy
