Our client is a performance-driven lead generation company operating in highly competitive verticals, with a strong focus on iGaming (casino & sports betting) and Finance. They specialise in high-intent customer acquisition through paid media, data-driven optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO), with core expertise in scaling high-budget campaigns and leveraging cutting-edge marketing strategies in highly regulated markets like the US. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Paid Media Expert to execute and optimize paid acquisition efforts across the iGaming and Finance verticals, with a primary focus on the US market. This is a pure execution-focused role centered on campaign management, data analysis, and driving ROI through sophisticated media buying strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and achieve CPA/ROAS targets
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives
  • Report on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations
  • Assist in optimizing the customer acquisition funnel by analyzing user journeys and identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with new platform features, industry trends, and best practices in paid media

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on online gambling (casino & sports betting) and/or financial services
  • Proven experience executing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic networks
  • A strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and how to influence them
  • Familiarity with the principles of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis
  • Good analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
  • Exceptional English skills (written & verbal)
  • Knowledge of the US market and its compliance requirements is a strong plus
