Job Description:

Robert Half is actively seeking paid media professionals with a strong agency background to join a variety of contract and permanent opportunities. If you’re passionate about driving results through strategic paid campaigns, let’s chat!

Job Responsibility:

Developing and executing paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
Managing multi-channel campaigns for clients, optimizing for maximum ROI through data-driven insights
Conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve performance and meet KPIs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, account management, etc.) to ensure campaigns align with client goals and branding
Overseeing budget allocation, bid strategies, and ad creative to ensure campaigns are efficient and effective
Staying on top of industry trends, new platforms, and best practices to keep campaigns cutting-edge

Requirements:

Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in an agency setting
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms
Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data analysis to improve results
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to clients and internal teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines
Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and paid media reporting dashboards
