As a Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for owning & managing our full paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social & Display, focusing on driving customer acquisition / retention, revenue growth & efficiency across Frasers Group US brands - Everlast Worldwide and The Webster. You will lead the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of all performance marketing campaigns which includes a blend of performance-led, mid/upper funnel brand awareness & membership/lead gen activity.
Job Responsibility:
Execute paid social and paid search campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, seasonal priorities, and marketing calendars
Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximise ROAS
Implement A/B testing for creative, copy, and audience segments to improve results
Analyse key metrics including CTR, CPC/M, ROAS, and conversion rates and deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for growth
Support affiliate marketing activity through partner coordination and campaigns
Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure paid media supports overall brand strategy and coordinate with creative teams for ad assets and messaging consistency
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience across paid media channels (PPC & Paid Social) ideally with a mix of performance-focused and creative campaign execution
Hands-on experience with paid social and paid search platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
Knowledge of search & social media platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), their advertising tools, and best practices
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, detect optimisation opportunities, and apply them
Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance
Genuine passion for performance marketing, and desire to grow in your career
Nice to have:
experience in US market and retail preferred, but not essential
