Requirements:
7+ years of experience in paid media, including leadership responsibility within an agency setting
Demonstrated success managing integrated campaigns and substantial budgets across search, social, display, video, and programmatic media
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, GA4, DSP environments, and Meta Business Suite
Experience applying AI, automation, and media technology to improve team productivity and campaign outcomes
Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategic guidance
Proven ability to build and lead teams in a fast-moving, deadline-oriented environment
Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline preferred
