Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in paid media, including leadership responsibility within an agency setting
  • Demonstrated success managing integrated campaigns and substantial budgets across search, social, display, video, and programmatic media
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, GA4, DSP environments, and Meta Business Suite
  • Experience applying AI, automation, and media technology to improve team productivity and campaign outcomes
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategic guidance
  • Proven ability to build and lead teams in a fast-moving, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline preferred
