Job Description

In this Paid Media Analytics role your mandate will be to drive data driven decisions in our Paid Media strategies across search, social, affiliates and other paid media platforms. You’ll play a critical role in helping us optimize our media investments, improve our customer acquisition efficiency, and drive smarter decision-making with data. You will have the opportunity to work alongside amazing teams such as our Growth Marketing, Analytics Engineering and Finance.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyzing performance across all paid marketing channels (search, social, affiliates), focusing on down-funnel metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion quality to optimize our investment decisions
  • Identifying actionable insights and partnering with our Growth Marketing team to continuously optimize spend and targeting
  • Design and lead a wide ranging testing agenda, including geo-lift tests and holdouts, to better understand the true impact of upper-funnel investments
  • Build and maintain predictive models to power advanced bidding strategies, including Value-Based Bidding (VBB) and projected ROAS frameworks

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Paid Media or marketing analytics roles
  • Experience working in an analytical scripting language (primarily SQL) is a must with concrete understanding of common statistical methods and experimentation, with strong focus on incrementality testing
  • Experience with App Based Marketing (Android + iOS), UAC/ASA, Paid Social (Meta Ads / TikTok), Paid Search, Google Ads
  • Strong written and verbal skills - inclusive of the ability to distill technical subjects for non-technical audiences and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Strong drive and sense of ownership to autonomously drive analysis and projects

Nice to have

  • Experience with platforms such as GA4 a plus
  • OLV/Streaming Audio & Affiliates experience is a plus
