This is a great opportunity for a Paid Media specialist looking to step into a role with real ownership, people management responsibility, and clear progression within a high-performing agency environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading PPC campaigns, with the option to work across Paid Social and other paid channels
  • Developing and executing performance strategies aligned to client goals
  • Managing budgets and ensuring spend is aligned with performance targets
  • Building strong client relationships through regular communication and performance reviews
  • Managing and mentoring 1–2 junior executives, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet client deliverables and deadlines
  • Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and driving continuous optimisation
  • Contributing to departmental development initiatives such as training, new business support, and best practice sharing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering PPC campaigns (or predominantly PPC within a mixed-channel role)
  • Proven experience managing sizeable monthly budgets and driving strong performance outcomes
  • eCommerce performance experience (CPA, ROI, ROAS-focused)
  • Experience developing or managing junior team members
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
