Job Description

As a Paid Media Account Director, you will step into a pivotal leadership position reporting directly to the Head of Digital. This role is the perfect blend of high-level strategy, client partnership, and performance marketing. You will act as the senior strategic lead across key accounts, translating complex client objectives into high-impact media plans across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the development and execution of holistic paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms
  • Manage day-to-day senior client relationships, delivering insightful reporting, growth recommendations, and clear KPIs
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign builds, optimizations, budget pacing, and performance analysis
  • Monitor industry trends to drive account innovation, while spearheading and supporting new business pitches
  • Mentor junior team members, manage internal workflows, and collaborate with internal specialists to ensure best-in-class execution

Requirements

  • 6-7+ years of experience in paid media, ideally within an agency or high-growth environment
  • Deep platform expertise across Programmatic (Trade desk) and Paid Search (google ads)
  • Experience with paid social as well is a huge pluss especially with meta
  • Strong proficiency with reporting tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to confidently lead client calls and write comprehensive strategy decks
  • Previous people management experience
