Own and elevate how Haypp executes and scales paid media across markets—bringing structure, challenge, and commercial focus to turn complex campaigns into high-impact growth. Our goal is to significantly reduce death rates, save lives, and inspire people to choose smoke-free enjoyment. How? By offering better nicotine alternatives online. Haypp Group is one of the Nordics’ leading e-commerce groups with eleven store brands across seven markets, serving more than 1 million active consumers. Through brands such as Snusbolaget.se, Northerner.com and Nicokick.com we sell nicotine pouches, Swedish-style snus and other smoke-free products online. Job Responsibility
Coordinate and drive paid media campaigns across markets, brands, and channels
Act as the key operational link between Haypp and external agencies
Translate business priorities into clear briefs, media plans, and actionable next steps
Challenge and improve campaign execution end-to-end
Support planning, execution, and follow-up across channels like Google Ads, Shopping, and programmatic
Ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial realities such as assortment, pricing, promotions, and seasonality
Help stakeholders understand capabilities, trade-offs, and expected outcomes
Identify and drive improvements across targeting, creatives, landing pages, tracking, and reporting
Capture learnings and scale successful approaches across markets
Contribute to building a more structured, data-driven, and scalable paid media operating model at Haypp
Requirements
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing (especially Google Ads and programmatic)
Solid understanding of how paid media fits into the broader customer journey and digital ecosystem
Agency, consultancy, or similar fast-paced environment experience
Managing multiple accounts, stakeholders, or markets simultaneously
Structured and execution-focused
Strong project management skills
Ability to align stakeholders and turn complexity into clear plans
Confident challenging agencies and internal teams in a constructive, commercially grounded way
Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Comfortable working with data, tracking, and reporting
Understands how marketing performance connects to growth and profitability
