We are seeking a talented Paid Marketing Executive to join Tiki’s growth-driven marketing team. In this role, you will work directly with media agencies and affiliate partners to scale paid acquisition activities, boost qualified traffic, and drive conversion across Tiki’s ecosystem. You will play a key role in tracking, optimizing, and elevating performance efficiency across channels with a strong focus on ROI and user acquisition quality.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with media agencies to plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, Programmatic, Video Ads, etc.) aligned with business KPIs
Monitor pacing, budgets, and bidding strategies to ensure cost efficiency and target achievement (CPC, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate)
Conduct campaign reviews and deliver regular optimization plans and recommendations
Manage and expand affiliate partner networks (KOLs, voucher platforms, cashback partners, media networks)
Develop and execute partner incentive structures to maximize traffic and GMV contribution
Track and control fraud traffic, invalid conversions, and any abnormal signals in performance tracking
Prior experience working with media agencies and/or affiliate networks is a plus
Strong analytical mindset, critical reasoning, communication skills & Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
