Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Intern to support our team in maintaining and developing the Client Software Catalog. This role is a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in an international IT environment, learn how software and applications are managed within a large organization, and work closely with various internal teams. You will be involved in real tasks, supported by experienced colleagues, and have the chance to build a solid foundation for your future career in IT.

Job Responsibility

  • Support in maintaining and updating the Client Software Catalog
  • Add new software entries based on user requests
  • Update existing catalog entries according to change requests (RFCs)
  • Check software data for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with users to clarify information and provide status updates
  • Cooperate with internal teams such as Application Release Management and Software Product Managers to support their daily work
  • Inform the Export Control team about newly added software entries and collect their feedback

  • Current Student
  • Basic understanding of IT environment
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with documentation and structured data
  • Basic knowledge of common office tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
