Job Description:

To bring this belief to life, we’ve launched a new global DEI Strategy focused on gender, age, internationality, and a strong sense of belonging. We're now looking for a motivated intern to join our team and support the rollout of this strategy across our global organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the planning and execution of DEI Target Deployment Workshops in key countries (e.g. Germany, USA, India, Brazil)
  • Coordinate with local DEI Coalitions (HR, ambassadors, and sponsors) to track progress on DEI initiatives and KPIs
  • Assist in the maintenance and content development of our People, Organization and Culture Hub and best practice toolbox
  • Help prepare executive communications, including updates to the Bosch Digital/DEI Dashboard and internal strategy updates
  • Contribute to internal communication campaigns that raise awareness and encourage participation in DEI activities

Requirements:

  • Current student of Human Resources, Social Sciences, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Available for about 30 hours per week
  • Strong interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics, cultural change, or corporate responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Collaborative mindset and intercultural sensitivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to work with internal platforms and dashboards
