Job Responsibility

Support the planning and execution of DEI Target Deployment Workshops in key countries (e.g. Germany, USA, India, Brazil)
Coordinate with local DEI Coalitions (HR, ambassadors, and sponsors) to track progress on DEI initiatives and KPIs
Assist in the maintenance and content development of our People, Organization and Culture Hub and best practice toolbox
Help prepare executive communications, including updates to the Bosch Digital/DEI Dashboard and internal strategy updates
Contribute to internal communication campaigns that raise awareness and encourage participation in DEI activities
