Job Description:

At Bosch Digital, we believe diversity drives innovation, equity empowers people, and inclusion creates belonging. To bring this belief to life, we’ve launched a new global DEI Strategy focused on gender, age, internationality, and a strong sense of belonging. We're now looking for a motivated intern to join our team and support the rollout of this strategy across our global organization.

Job Responsibility:

Support the planning and execution of DEI Target Deployment Workshops in key countries (e.g. Germany, USA, India, Brazil)
Coordinate with local DEI Coalitions (HR, ambassadors, and sponsors) to track progress on DEI initiatives and KPIs
Assist in the maintenance and content development of our People, Organization and Culture Hub and best practice toolbox
Help prepare executive communications, including updates to the Bosch Digital/DEI Dashboard and internal strategy updates
Contribute to internal communication campaigns that raise awareness and encourage participation in DEI activities

Requirements:

Current student of Human Resources, Social Sciences, Communications, Business, or a related field
Available for about 30 hours per week
Strong interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics, cultural change, or corporate responsibility
Excellent communication skills in English
Collaborative mindset and intercultural sensitivity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to work with internal platforms and dashboards
