Job Description:

Join our IT Enterprise Architecture team in a paid internship and support key communication initiatives. You'll help refine and communicate our technical roadmap, organize events, and support engagement activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain IT architecture documentation (system diagrams, process flows, etc.)
  • manage meeting minutes, action items, and knowledge base
  • develop and execute communication plans for IT architecture projects
  • support IT architecture planning workshops (virtual/on-site)
  • contribute to blog posts and internal community updates
  • help manage projects using Agile/SCRUM principles

Requirements:

  • 3rd and 4th year student of Computer Science (or a related field preferred)
  • available at least 20 hours a week
  • interest in IT architecture, digital transformation, and technology planning
  • excellent written/verbal English and Polish skills (required)
  • familiarity with documentation/collaboration tools (Confluence, Miro, etc.)
  • organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • knowledge of Agile principles and SCRUM methodology is a plus
