Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Intern to support our daily IT operations. In this role, you will assist with fleet management, LAN support, and ticket handling, gaining hands-on experience in a real corporate IT environment while working closely with experienced specialists. This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills, learn how IT support works in practice, and build strong communication experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the IT Help Desk in day-to-day operations
  • Assist with fleet management and basic IT asset handling
  • Provide LAN-related support and basic network troubleshooting
  • Handle and resolve IT support tickets under supervision
  • Support end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issues
  • Assist with setup, handling, and maintenance of small IT equipment
  • Ensure timely and customer-oriented support, even under time pressure

Requirements:

  • Being a current Student of IT field
  • Availability for work min 30h per week
  • Basic knowledge of LAN / networking
  • Basic computer hardware knowledge
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Interest in workplace IT support and user assistance
  • Ability to work with people and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities
  • Fluent Polish
  • English at minimum B2 level
