We are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Intern to support our daily IT operations. In this role, you will assist with fleet management, LAN support, and ticket handling, gaining hands-on experience in a real corporate IT environment while working closely with experienced specialists. This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills, learn how IT support works in practice, and build strong communication experience.
Job Responsibility:
Support the IT Help Desk in day-to-day operations
Assist with fleet management and basic IT asset handling
Provide LAN-related support and basic network troubleshooting
Handle and resolve IT support tickets under supervision
Support end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issues
Assist with setup, handling, and maintenance of small IT equipment
Ensure timely and customer-oriented support, even under time pressure
Requirements:
Being a current Student of IT field
Availability for work min 30h per week
Basic knowledge of LAN / networking
Basic computer hardware knowledge
Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11
Basic troubleshooting skills
Interest in workplace IT support and user assistance
Ability to work with people and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities
Fluent Polish
English at minimum B2 level
