Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Digital Specialist to support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across key digital channels. This role is hands-on and focuses on campaign setup, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization to drive measurable results.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google and Facebook
  • Execute campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking from start to finish
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
  • Develop and refine ad creative, including copy, visuals, and layouts
  • Generate reports and communicate campaign performance clearly to stakeholders
  • Maintain organized, accurate campaigns and ensure deadlines are consistently met

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Proficiency with Google Business Suite
  • Experience managing campaigns in Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimization strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
