We are seeking a Paid Digital Specialist to support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across key digital channels. This role is hands-on and focuses on campaign setup, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization to drive measurable results.
Job Responsibility
Build and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google and Facebook
Execute campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking from start to finish
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
Develop and refine ad creative, including copy, visuals, and layouts
Generate reports and communicate campaign performance clearly to stakeholders
Maintain organized, accurate campaigns and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Proficiency with Google Business Suite
Experience managing campaigns in Facebook Business Manager
Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimization strategies
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Experience with Canva or other design tools for ad creative development
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
