Want to learn how to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that reach farmers, cooperatives, and rural audiences? As a paid and digital media intern, you'll help develop promotional strategies across social platforms, digital advertising, and traditional media while learning to measure what actually drives results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns for agricultural and energy clients
  • Work with media and creative teams to manage campaign assets—digital ads, native advertising, sponsored social posts, and more
  • Learn how to allocate budgets across platforms for maximum impact
  • Capture and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success
  • Use analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement
  • Learn what metrics actually matter and how to use data to improve performance
  • Identify opportunities to expand clients' digital presence
  • Collaborate with account service and creative teams to develop effective media strategies

Requirements:
