They are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who can turn audience insight into high-performing, concept-led campaigns, building a structured, high-velocity testing engine that drives measurable commercial impact. This is not a “posting” role. It’s not purely media buying. It’s a senior, hands-on creative leadership position with real ownership and accountability. Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid social across Meta and other emerging platforms
Turn audience insight, personas and propositions into scroll-stopping ad concepts
Build and run a structured creative testing roadmap to systematically scale winners
Partner closely with performance marketing to align creative testing with CAC, ROAS and revenue targets
Deliver high creative velocity across hooks, formats, angles and messaging variations
Contribute to shaping organic social voice and brand storytelling over time
Collaborate closely with Growth, Design, Content and Product teams to build a scalable creative function
Requirements:
Proven track record producing high-performing paid social creative that delivered measurable commercial results
Strong understanding of how platform mechanics, formats and algorithms impact creative performance
Experience building and scaling structured creative testing programmes
Commercial awareness - confident working against CAC, ROAS and funnel metrics
Comfortable owning strategy and execution in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and production workflows
Experience contributing to organic social growth alongside paid activity
