The Paid Ads Specialist manages digital advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across paid search and social platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Monitor budgets and adjust bids for performance
A/B test ad creatives and landing pages
Analyze campaign data and report on ROI
Requirements:
2–4+ years of paid media experience
Google Ads and/or Meta certifications preferred
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics
Experience managing campaign budgets
Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models
