We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role partners with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to drive traffic, leads, and revenue through paid media initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, and more
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and creatives to maximize ROI
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad assets
Set up tracking, conversion pixels, and analytics to measure performance
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness
Manage remarketing, retargeting, and customer acquisition campaigns
Stay current with digital advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven recommendations
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad testing
