We’re a small, heart-led allied health practice in Campbelltown NSW offering occupational therapy, early childhood intervention, and group therapy - and we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our growing team! We support children aged 0 to 13 years with a wide range of strengths, needs, and lived experiences. Whether it’s communication, feeding, social interaction, or literacy - we believe therapy should feel safe, joyful, and meaningful. Our sessions are guided by connection, child-led interests, and a belief in every child's right to be heard and understood.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people
  • A commitment to learning and growth
  • Paid Working With Children Check (NSW)
  • Current NSW Police Check
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
  • Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Knowledge of paediatric assessment tools and confidence in administering them
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills — with big hearts and little ones
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Nice to have

Experience with the NDIS (preferred but not essential)
