Degree in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia registration
Minimum 5 years’ paediatric experience (0–12 years) and 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong understanding of child development and neurodiverse conditions such as ASD, Down Syndrome, and developmental delay
Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and use of assistive communication technologies
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and ability to complete NDIS, Police, and Working With Children Checks

Job Responsibility

Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and parent coaching using evidence-based approaches
Support families as a key worker in communication, fluency, and social skill development
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, psychologists, physiotherapists, and educators
Build meaningful relationships with families, schools, and community partners
Lead, mentor, and support junior Allied Health professionals to enhance practice quality

A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
At least 5 years’ paediatric experience (0–12 years) and 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
Sound understanding of child development and experience supporting children with ASD, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays

Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
