  • Autonomously manage and prioritise a complex caseload, responding to urgent referrals and adapting to unpredictable work demands
  • Interpret complex assessment findings to set therapy goals, contribute to multidisciplinary diagnosis, and develop, implement and review individualised therapy programmes
  • Deliver therapy programmes through individual and group sessions across home, community and education settings, adapting and discharging appropriately
  • Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively to children, parents/carers and professionals, using accessible language and gaining valid consent
