Job Description:

Join our team as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of children with complex needs in a supportive SEN school setting.

Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive assessments of students with a range of physical, sensory, and developmental needs
Create and implement personalised therapy programmes tailored to educational settings
Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise students’ functional independence and participation in school life
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, support staff, speech and language therapists, and families
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with professional standards

Requirements:

A current and valid HCPC registration
Experience working with children with complex needs, autism, sensory processing difficulties, and/or learning disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary school team
A commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred care
