Job Description:

Join our team as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of young people with complex behavioural needs. This role includes performing assessments, creating personalised therapy plans, delivering treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining clinical records.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive assessments of children aged 11–18
create and implement personalised care and therapy plans
deliver evidence-based treatment to optimise functional and emotional outcomes
collaborate with teaching, care and clinical teams to provide holistic support
maintain accurate clinical notes and contribute to EHCP reviews

Requirements:

a current and valid HCPC registration
experience working with children or adolescents with behavioural, emotional, or sensory needs
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
