We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Paediatric Nurse for the Wexford area. The successful candidate will be a Registered Paediatric Nurse, with strong clinical skills. Night Shifts Available: 11pm-8am. Working with children in their own homes is a challenging, yet rewarding experience and we are looking for applicants that are dedicated, compassionate and constantly striving to improve their own standards of care. This is an exciting opportunity for general and paediatric nurses to join an established agency that focuses on delivering excellent care for the client and their family by developing professional working relationships and providing stability to their ongoing care. Requirements

  • Current NMBI registration
  • Clinical paediatric experience post registration is required
  • Children’s First Guidelines (can be found on HSE Land)
  • Garda Clearance (provided)
  • CPR
  • Fire Safety Training (can be provided)
  • Safer Moving and Handling
  • PMAV/NVCI
  • Two written references
  • Must be willing to work with children with complex needs
