Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced and compassionate nurses to support children with complex care needs in their homes. This role involves working across various locations within Essex and includes day and night shifts across the week. The ideal candidate will be caring, kind, patient-focused, posses strong communication skills and the appropriate clinical experience to deliver high-quality care. As a Registered Nurse working within our paediatric care packages, you will provide a high standard of nursing care. There will be an up-to-date care plan for you to follow to ensure that you are aware of the child’s needs and wishes.

  • PEG for medication and feeding

  • Supporting daily routines
  • Provide a high standard of nursing care
  • Follow up-to-date care plan

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin
  • Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client
  • To be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate
  • Previous complex nurse experience
  • Experience in peg feeding, tracheostomy care, catheter care, bowel management and ventilator experience is essential
  • A driver with access to a car is essential for the role
