This is your chance to lead from the front, grow the game, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience in one of Powerleague’s most exciting new ventures.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead daily Padel operations — ensuring safe, smooth and high-quality experiences for all players
  • Grow participation through leagues, coaching, events and community partnerships
  • Support and motivate a talented team of coaches and assistants
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and handle queries with confidence
  • Drive local marketing and sales activity to hit participation and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within sport, leisure or hospitality
  • Confident, people-focused and passionate about growing the game
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work shifts across evenings and weekends
  • Desired but not required - LTA Level 2 Padel Instructor qualification or working towards
  • Experience running coaching programmes of developing a team
