Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pad Printing & Paint Shop Assistant for a manufacturing company specializing in door and window hardware. This role involves precision tasks such as applying customer logos to latches using a pad printing machine, preparing paint mixtures, and securing pieces in calibers for printing. In addition to pad printing, you will assist in the paint shop by hanging pieces for coating, inspecting them for defects, and removing and sorting them by color and quantity. Inspection duties include identifying paint errors, scratches, or material flaws and reporting any issues to the team leader. Completed items will be scanned, documented, and prepared for internal transport. This position involves handling chemical products in a ventilated environment with a paint-like smell. A minimum height of 1.60m is recommended for ergonomic reasons.

Job Responsibility:

Select and prepare items for pad printing, including setting up the machine and mixing paint
Secure pieces in calibers for accurate printing
Inspect painted items for quality defects such as paint flaws or scratches
Report any discrepancies or quality issues to the team leader
Sort, document, and prepare finished pieces for transport
Maintain organized workflows and ensure quality standards are consistently met

Requirements:

Strong focus on detail and quality
Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable with handling and counting large volumes of items
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Practical, hands-on approach to work
Good command of English
Recommended minimum height of 1.60m for ergonomic purposes
