As a Pre/Post Surgery RN, you will integrate the nursing process and standards into daily practice, applying growth and development knowledge to interventions and providing care tailored to each patient's changing needs.Daily, you will deliver efficient, safe patient care during the critical period following anesthesia and invasive procedures. This involves using the nursing process, delegating to and evaluating subordinate staff, and coordinating support services.Success in this role requires a strong grasp of surgical nursing principles, meticulous patient focus, and the ability to manage complex care in a critical, fast-paced environment.

Effective management of rapidly changing situations (identifying, assessing and anticipating needs)
Organization and work rule competencies (prioritizing, coordination and meeting multiple patient needs in a timely manner)
