Job Responsibility

Support the Line Leader to ensure batches are produced on time and to the required quality standards and in accordance with relevant company procedures
Ensure stock (bulk and components) is supplied to the line to support delivery to plan
Safe use of manual handling equipment (electric pallet trucks etc)
Competent use of IFS
Performing quality critical line clearances before and after a filling run
Completion of in process checks and associated quality critical documentation
Expert operation of the line, including minor troubleshooting
Arrange Engineering support when needed
Identifying continuous improvement and waste reduction opportunities and supporting their implementation
Assist with batch and product changeovers

Report abnormalities and corrective action to supervision
